ScentStation and the venue share the income generated by the machine. The exact commercial terms are agreed individually, based on the venue, placement, footfall and operating model. There is no upfront cost to the venue, and ScentStation manages the installation, stock and ongoing maintenance.

The machine requires a standard mains power socket. Depending on the chosen location, a dedicated socket may need to be installed. We can assess this during the site visit and coordinate any required work.

Each machine holds up to 5 fragrances and is available in both wall-mounted and freestanding options.

Standard installation usually takes approximately two hours and can normally be completed in a single visit. We have our own installation team, although venues can use their preferred contractor where required. We aim to work around your schedule to minimise disruption.

No. There is no equipment purchase or upfront cost. ScentStation provides, installs, stocks and maintains the machine at no charge. The venue simply provides an agreed location and reasonable access for servicing.

Prices start from £1.99 per spray, varying by fragrance. This makes premium designer fragrances accessible without the commitment of buying a full bottle. Payment is contactless via the machine's built-in card reader.
